I’m going to be honest- I had some issues getting the stuff for my loan set up. However- Sydney at this location was phenomenal and made the process easy. My girlfriend and I are hard to please but her attitude and her speed were both A+. Yall gotta keep her!
Should change the name to Lake Don’t Trust.. if I could give them a zero I would.. This credit union is terrible I’ve been trying to get my wife to leave this place for years but now after what was recently done I think she’s finally had it..! We had a credit card bill that they took upon themselves to just pay without any authorization from me nor my wife… instead they took almost everything in our account that we had to pay the bill and put us in a hardship and we had no idea they even did that! Best customer service ever.
Would give 0 if I could. Can't stop a transaction that is pending that I didn't make. Go bank somewhere else this company and their fraud dept. Can't protect your money.
