RecommendedI can’t recommend this program enough. Have now been to Austin twice to do a 5-day cleanse with Karen. After the first cleanse, I felt the best I had felt in years. Have slowly gotten back to some bad habits and decided I needed a health jump start. Well - I’m leaving Texas today down 12 lbs (in 5 days!) and feeling like a million bucks. Can’t say enough nice things about Karen - she goes above and beyond to make 5 days without solid foods manageable and maybe even enjoyable.
