I've known Craig and Kelly for years. They're always helpful and easy to work with
They know how to manage property, night or day they are there for you! Highly recommended!
Second to none the best property management group. I delt exclusively with Kelly just cause I never got a chance to meet Craig; I thibk hes always fixing something or dealing with contractors. But Kelly is the best, I never hear from my tenants and there are no issues; just the way I like it.
LT Home Management will take great care of your rental or second home. If you don't want those midnight calls, or need the assurance that your vacation property is safe while you are away, Kelly will take care of it. I'm just waiting for her to take care of primary residences too! I'll be first on her list.
