No longer the same company since Roger Stuth left. I bought two new top of line American Standard units in 2017. Great product, professionally installed, work great. Upstairs unit failed on August 9. Have waited for over a month to get repairs done. Never had expected such incredibly bad service. Won't even respond to calls, email. Three scheduled visits were no shows. Don't waste you time and money on them until someone is responsible.
Absolutely thrilled with Kelly, Brittany & Logan! What an amazing team. They all went the extra mile to help us out with repairs on a much needed upstairs ac unit in this hot Texas sun! Thanks guys...You are our go to company for all AC needs.
