From the first phone call to the drive-away handshake, Lake Toyota was top notch. My salesman, Keith, was kind and informative, and kept we up to date as my special order Toyota was being assembled and delivered. When I showed up at Toyota, so many people came in and introduced themselves to me, and chatted me up while I waited to complete my purchase. The finance team, the other salesman, the general manager - EVERYONE, was super friendly and appreciative of my business.
