Huge shout out to Phil @laketownbicycles . I have gone to two other shops telling them I had issues with shifting from mid range and down. They basically told me there was nothing wrong. Took it in today and Phil took the time to take it apart and find the problem! Lake Town Bicycles is the best!

These gentlemen are the real deal. I pass 3 closer shops for their service and drive another 45 minutes round trip because they a good people. Their work being top notch is icing on the cake. They are the only shop in the valley I personally recommend. Honest work, honest prices, honest advice, and honest service.
