Nick Wipper and broker Shiela Heg He goes by Nick Wipper but contract name he uses is Albert Wiper so I will write a review for both names. He is a relator assisting me as a buyer to buy a home. He kept advocating for the seller (it was wrong as seller had her own Realtor) and had encouraging me not to ask for anything from the buyer because he said I got a good deal.
