I lived here from 12/2022-12/2023 I lived in a second floor one bed one bath apartment by myself. I loved this place a lot. -Nice sunlight -Peaceful community -Friendly Neighbors I read some comments about kids. Yes they make noise, but it’s not a problem and it doesn’t bother me. CAREFUL …. Unit # 15 be aware before rent it out. What to say about this unit … main road side having always issue with structure move, bugs , roaches , molds because no sun light… and so on. If there is any issue that’s only tenant fault management will push out to you. Just for few bucks less rent not worth to go through hassle gets from Office staff. For any reason if you move keep everything in writing captured and agreed from both sides.
The manager Candence has terrible service. You look for her at 12, at 1, at 2. Well, whatever time it is, she always has a sign outside that she's at lunch or she's at the bank or she's walking on the property.
