I cannot say enough amazing things about Lake Taylor rehab.My 90 year old mother has been here a couple times from complications from falls. each time the staff and care she received were outstanding. This most recent visit had her there for about 3 weeks, i can not tell you how caring and nice the staff is here, even when facing some challenges and difficult tasks....they were always encouraging and sweet to my mom even when the going got tough. I was a patient at Lake Taylor on two seperate ocassions the first time I was there for 30 days a couple months later for more than 70 days. On each stay at Lake Taylor the medical treatment and physical theraphy I recieved was what I consider be second to None. The medical, support and administrative personnel I came in contact with went above and beyond to address and responded to all my needs in a timely manner. My Meds were issued in a timely manner. Extremely short staff , favoritism within departments, pay to workload horrible, no potential for growth. This place has a very high turn over rate which is why its made up of primarily travelers and even they dont stay long.
Lake Taylor has been a blessing to my mom and my family the staff at 2east have been amazing they have treated my mom like family issues that have raised they have corrected and implemented better protocols to maximize the needs of the patients the hospital is always clean the nurses care Nathan and Danielle go above and beyond Ashley, Julia ,Rose and all the other nurses whom are too many to name and I don’t want to forget a name have all been phenomenal you see they care and that is something you can’t get from school it c... read more
