We purchased a Bounder from them and when we got it home several of the features we purchased were missing.... fog lights, winegaurd, DVD player, front Michelin tires had been switched! I have emailed them and text them with no response! Very friendly and helpful while you’re there but apparently, not very trustworthy 😡
Our salesman was Brian Holmes and he was fantastic. He showed me different models within our price range and was very knowledgeable. The entire purchase process was so easy for us. We were well informed all the way through. Also a huge shout out to Jason. He did the inspection with us and walked me through every light switch and every appliance and completely explained it all to me. We loved our experience with Lake Tawakoni RV Center.
Elizabeth was very informative and welcoming, she stayed on top of all aspects of the sale and the team of technicians did a great job getting me ready and out the gate!
