This place is a scam, I had a warranty on two of the air conditions in the keys, it came out twelve times to tell me what was wrong. Two of the times the motor wasn't even hooked up on the pad. Yet they tried to bill me over $1,200 steve has passed away and his brother runs the company. Ralph, buyer, beware, they are scammers.They will rip you off the max. Go elsewhere.
I have rentals up in Tahoe and these guys are amazing- today I called last minute as I have guests checking in tomorrow and they were able to fit me in last minute. The best part ? The tech - which servicing called me and was like hey your smoke detector is beeping want me to change out the batteries real quick? I was like dude - you are the best. I have used them multiple times and I always get great customer service. Thanks again guys and keep up the great work :)
We had a broken water heater and water was dripping into our garage. We were hoping for a quick response service and did get it with Lake Tahoe Plumbing and Heating. They came out same day to assess the damages, provided a quote and after ordering the parts the new water heater was installed within hours. They also sorted the permit required. Easy to deal with local company.
Brendan was super professional, on time and cared about our budget. He said the shower valve that needed to be replaced he would work on as fast as possible to save us some $. I will pay the price for quality work. He completed project as he said. We are happy customers. Would highly recommend!!
While my issue was ultimately fixed, there were aspects of the experience that left me feeling dissatisfied. Positive Aspects: They were quick to respond to my initial call. They showed up promptly to evaluate the issue with my gas stove, which I really appreciated. The technician was professional and seemed knowledgeable.
