Terrible service. The electricity at the vacation rental destroyed over 1000 dollars worth of phones and a smart watch. Most of the outlets didnt work and the ones that did would get the charger extremely hot and now my 2 galaxy phones and my galaxy smart watch wont charge.
Unfortunately, I never even got the opportunity to stay at one of Lake Tahoe Lodging Company’s properties. My friends and I had booked one of their houses over New Years through VRBO. I started to notice things were a little fishy when I never got confirmation that they received my rental agreement and then when I wasn’t charged my second payment. Bad management, Lake Tahoe Lodging Company: 1. On Sept. I booked a Vacation rental house from this company for thanksgiving week for family get together. 2. Early Oct. they notified me they cancel my reservation with no proper reason. When I called in they re-confirm me that I still have the reservation. 3. Late Oct. they left me a message again saying that the property is not available again. I simply don't understand how a management company can perform like this, can't trust their system.
