I used Bluebowie for my cousin's bachelorette party, and it was perfect. The food was so good and it was such a special night and seamless experience with CJ and his team.
Chef CJ was professional and personable. He cooked an amazing dinner for my friends and I at my bachelor party. We had 17 people and plenty of food. Tons of options on the menu and customizable.
We hired Chef CJ for a best friend’s bachelor party in South Lake Tahoe. We had 12 people total and to say Chef CJ brought the heat would be a significant understatement. We had a private dinner for my brother-in-law’s wedding, and the Chef CJ absolutely blew us away. The arancini were crispy and packed with flavor, and the sea bass was cooked perfectly — so good that I asked for the recipe, and the chef generously shared it! He also made sure someone in our party with celiac disease could enjoy everything safely and even prepared a special meal for the two kids in our group.
