Chef Cj at Bluebowie recently prepared three outstanding meals for my family of 15 at an Air BnB in Scottsdale, Az. You will find it difficult to choose from his many exciting menu choices. I used Bluebowie for my cousin's bachelorette party, and it was perfect. The food was so good and it was such a special night and seamless experience with CJ and his team.
Chef CJ was professional and personable. He cooked an amazing dinner for my friends and I at my bachelor party. We had 17 people and plenty of food. Tons of options on the menu and customizable.
We hired Chef CJ for a best friend’s bachelor party in South Lake Tahoe. We had 12 people total and to say Chef CJ brought the heat would be a significant understatement. We had a private dinner for my brother-in-law’s wedding, and the Chef CJ absolutely blew us away. The arancini were crispy and packed with flavor, and the sea bass was cooked perfectly — so good that I asked for the recipe, and the chef generously shared it! He also made sure someone in our party with celiac disease could enjoy everything safely and even prepared a special meal for the two kids in our group. Every dish was thoughtful, delicious, and made the evening feel really special. Highly recommend for any event!
