the worst customer service ever there i beg people not to go or have to deal with them no remorse at all won't refund my money after a accident on there property from poor lighting on the property had to drive my wife back to troutdale oregon to get emergency surgery and all we asked is for the 3 nights back but they said no.DONT STAY THERE.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Lake Tahoe Accommodations. The cabin was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. When we arrived the cabin was warm, and the bed setup was perfect for two families to have both privacy and an inexpensive ski getaway with kids. All instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear, with minimal cleanup work required. The place is not what it seems in the pictures. The unit at 3535 lucky lady in tahoe was outdated and needs a revamp/maintenance to make sure there are no ripped off wallpapers, stained carpet, or messed up unit doors that are sliding and do not lock properly. Really appreciate the team’s responses and helpfulness, but the accommodation was not worth the money
Great place, freindly and kind hosts, we love it.
Tahoe accommodations made our stay in south lake easy and enjoyable! They were responsive, polite, and made us feel very welcome in the townhome we rented. They included some nice amenities that made us feel like we were staying at a luxury home. We skied at heavenly, and were right next to the Nevada side lifts! accommodated our family of well! Thanks so much!
