Beautiful house, great location quiet, close to the lake and North Shore.
Have stayed several times and love the cabin, although this time it felt unloved and let go. Both recliners were broken, the couch that has been there for many years is old and torn across the back, the oven wasn't working correctly, the shower felt unclean and there was mice droppings across the back of the counters and across the window sill. Please know this is in all said in kindness as we love this cabin, it just felt so unloved
We stayed at Gale Force Wind and enjoyed every minute of it. There was so much room for our party of 7. The house had everything (and then some) for a great vacation! The extra touches, like the welcome package, were much appreciated We felt the house was in the perfect location. It was so easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. The communications with Lake Tahoe Accommodations were incredible. If/when we return to Tahoe this is the place we will stay! The good part was that there was plenty of room for me and 2 friends. Plenty of pretty dishes. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer worked well. Bad part-really hard to find which apartment complex was the one I rented. A map before we got there would have been nice. I really had no idea it was an apartment complex.
