RecommendedThe food is good but theres a woman who answers the phone and is rude as HELL!!! She's mean, and screws up the orders. If taking orders and being nice is difficult, then she needs to find a new job.

I thought I would give them one more chance to get things right. Mistake! the problems started about two years ago when an order was shorted. A sandwich failed to make it on the delivery order. Next time I ordered, once again for delivery, the order was not made as was ordered. Tonight I ordered three subs totaling just under $30. This time I went to the store. Well I ordered taco salad bowel... Very nice customer service but i'm livid... First of all I paid 13 dollars for a bunch of lettuce.. There was hardly any meat in it and I specificly asked for tomatoes.. Never again
Good pizza but, had a card for a free 1 topping pizza, wouldn't let me get extra items that I expected to pay for, only place that wouldn't let me, some of these business weren't surprised that they wouldn't let me, seems odd they didn't want to make at least some money off it.
I love their salad baskets, but terrible customer service on multiple occasions. I can actually see the place from my house. Just tried to call in an order to pickup on my way to work and I watched the employees (who where outside smoking) go inside when the phone started ringing and then never picked it up! Came back outside and continued their cigarettes. I think I'll be taking my business somewhere that actually appreciates their customers.
