They couldn't ever get my supplies I needed without issues. I don't think they appreciate their customers .
Brought my CPAP in over the summer for repair and they sent me back home with my broken one instead of the loner. They call me like a month later telling me I still have the broken one and to come swap it out. I had a broken machine and had to sleep with that broken loud machine even longer. When I ordered something, they were determined to send my package to another city, at my old address in a restricted package making it impossible for me to reroute the package with UPS to the correct address or even to come pick it up at a UPS Access point or from there store. I had to call my insurance company and report it as fraud. I have all the shipment information documented for my insurance company once it becomes an insurance claim.
Called the Cloquet office Wednesday to send in a prescription for a CPAP. They gave me an email. I sent in the email Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning to make sure that the email was received and that things were now moving forward to receiving a CPAP. I understand there are people ahead in line and I have no issue with that whatsoever. I was just trying to make sure that the prescription was received. Called the Cloquet office Thursday.
