Please always be an advocate for yourself. I was desperately sick and had no idea what was wrong with me. I was making appointments every two weeks for months begging for help and the nurse practitioner was very nice and running basic blood work. Each visit, I was deteriorating to point I ended up at a neurosurgeon's office because I was losing function. An MRI showed an enlarged pituitary gland and bi-lateral thickening of adrenals. Switched to this doctor over a year ago. If it wouldn’t have been for WellSpan i wouldn’t have been prescribed with the proper diagnosis. Switched from LGH a lot better!!!
This is a generous review only because Dr. A & Dr. Snavely are kind, knowledgeable and accepting. However, his staff is a huge disappointment. I've been attending this facility since age 3 (I'm now going on 31). Over the years, especially during/post, COVID-19 the staff here has become extremely rude, disrespectful, unattentive, disorganized, uncommunicative, salty & flat out unintelligent.
