I got a notice delivered pkg is in mailbox. I went to my mail box there is no pkg. I can't find it anywhere this P.O. deserves the poor ratings it gets. I will need now to reorder the item again. This time I will ask for a delivery through UPS instead of USPS.
Never in my life have I had as much issue with mail getting delivered incorrectly as I have since I moved to Lake Stevens. Our carriers put my mail in the wrong box or forget to leave me keys for the parcel lockers constantly. It is impossible to contact someone for help when a package goes missing.

Impossible to get ahold of or schedule mail pickups! The worst customer service. Would give 0 stars if possible.
I called to inquire about a package that had not been delivered, apparently due to an incomplete address. My call was quickly answered by Diane who was very helpful and friendly. Diane took my information and said that I would be called back shortly, after they had a chance to research. I received a call back in about 10 minutes and the package was delivered later the same day.
