When I moved here 2015 I was great property! It has gone down hill since. There is new staff in the front office everytome you go in and they don't resole anything!
I love it here the staff is great, but as usual most black folks don't appreciate good living
I think this apartment is decent. Maintenance was fast. I placed my request and the next day it was fixed. There are many happy tenants. I don't know why they don't post probably because if too many people are interested, the rate might go up? Everything is reasonable and I love my apartment!
Not worth it. Save your money. Too many problems to list. No one should be treated or made to feel like their issues don't matter. No matter how much you make or how old you are.
They advertise on Craiglist apts for $650, but when you arrive the following day, the lowest priced apt is $725. Because they put on their ads, prices subject to change without notice, they somehow see this as a completely appropriate way to do business, rather than the underhanded and dishonest scheme that it is. NOT consumer friendly.
Terrible experience. Do not waste your money here, they are overpriced for the lack of service they provide. Rude and completely disorganized. Don't bother trying to get anyone on the phone because they rarely answer and if you leave a message they never call you back. I'd like a corporate phone # to try to have someone straighten out my leaving, which of course has been another issue, but of course no number can be found and alegidlly messages sent to the website poof into thin air
Still here!! Think my brother and I been here about 5 or 6 years now. It's nice here and peaceful.
