I have been taking my pug snickers, to Dr Gunderson, for 14 years. From snickers first puppy well check to his now geriatric checks, Dr Gunderson and his staff have been thorough. For the past three years we have been dealing with copd, I credit Lake Square animal hospital for keeping my pug comfortable and getting us to his 14th birthday!
I just have to say how pleased I am with Lake Square Animal Hospital! My sweet fur baby hurt her back, Dr.Gunderson saw her on Tuesday morning and the office has twice since then to check in on her! That is amazing! Thank you!! � Kimber says thank you too!!
I'm highly impressed with Lake Square! Everyone I interacted with was sweet, accommodating, and professional. We are new to the area, and I was nervous about trying a new vet out. But no more worries! Lake Square is awesome.
I've been using Doctor Gunderson for years and they have always been great but, today specifically was a good day. We had been at the ER vet the night before and brought our baby in as soon as they unlocked the doors with no questions asked the ladies at the front desk had is paperwork from the ER ready and a room to put us in with out an appointment, we had a short wait but were seen very promptly by the Doc and he got a plan of action ready for us and we were in and out in about an hour and a half.
