My daughter went here for 6 months and dreading going into the place. Appointments are impossible to make. When I finally said something to the front about wanting a new therapist, or my concerns about my daughter not getting any better, my concerns were pretty much dismissed and they didn't have another therapist for my daughter to try. So, after the 6 months of wasting my time, we left and went to a new office where my daughter started talking immediately and absolutely loves going there! My daughter attended here for almost 2 years. Adam was amazin with her. She still talks about him everyday, even though she has since graduated therapy. I just had her 1st parent/teacher conference and she is scoring above average and without the help of Adam (and everyone here) I don't think this would be possible!

If I could give zero stars I would. Between messing up appointment times, claiming to not receive messages and not being able to actually see the notes from the therapist regarding MY CHILD this was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any provider. The lack of professionalism was astounding.
I just wanted to take the time and thank Lake Speech & Language Services. You are all so warm, friendly and helpful. Extra special thanks to Ms. Christina at the front desk and Mr. Adam my son's speech therapist, since I have dealt with you the most. William and all the other therapists I thank you very much as well. My son was always excited and looked forward to going to his speech therapy sessions because you made it interesting and fun for him. Highly recommend! everyone was very nice and works very well with scheduling! Little play area in the waiting room for the kids to play! Bonus considering I have a one year old who loves to play! It helped time go by fast! My son graduated today, mr Adam worked with my son, and I couldnt be more proud in how much he accomplished! The first week, we saw improvement. Over all a great place!
