Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort needs to clean house of the numerous employees with hostile and rude attitudes. Expect to be nickle and dimed and harassed throughout your camping trip. Woman in the entry kiosk has a serious attitude problem assuming the worst of everyone entering to check in. She appears to be completely burned out and needs to be reassigned to a role out of the public eye. We were threatened with a 1500 dollar fine for bringing all the camper’s cars to the campsite to pack up in time to leave by the deadline. ... read more
Worst customer service experience ever. Staff is unpleasant, rude, uncompromising. Horrible wildfires in the area and extremely unhealthy air quality. I am pregnant and traveling w young children and they could not understand why I need to cancel reservation! Unbelievably rude! They only care about the bottom line. No care whatsoever about customer service.
