I showed up at the nail salon around 6:10 expecting to get a French tip mani and pedi. I waited for about 15mins for them to start on pedi. Normally when you request both of the services they try and do them at the same time to get you out quicker. As the lady was FINISHING up with my pedicure (7:36) the lady at the front started asking other nail technicians (5 different people) if they could work on my full set. I went in yesterday to get my nails done ome broke less than 5 hours so i call and go back today she messed up i asked her to redo so she does ... Amd still not righr i leave and call and got bung up om 8 times with very rude person womt let me talk to anyome in charge i will have this talem care of

Was excited to get my nails done today before my sons game. When I walked in I was not greeted ( the lady that's normally at the reception desk must have been off). Got there around 9:45 and my lady (LuAnn who's) already had a client and told me it would be 30 min. I decided to go ahead and let Cindy do my set. I showed her a pick of how I wanted my nails shaped. Two out of the 10 mails she glued on were crooked and I politely asked her to reapply those two and she did.
