Dr. Jen and the amazing staff at Lake side have been wonderful! We have brought our pets here for years but the last 3 weeks have been terrible and showed us exactly why we bring our pets here. They were there every step of the way through the trauma(and I’ll spare everyone the actual starting point, since it was terrifying) but we have made some serious progress and they have been great getting our boy back on the right path. I have been bringing all of my animals here for about 8 years now and have always had amazing experiences. Yesterday, we saw Dr. Panebianco for my 8 month old kitten and found he was incredibly ill and the best thing to do would be to put him down. The care and compassion we received was exceptional. I trust them 100% and am so glad they were there for us in such a hard time.
By far the most compassionate and Caring animal hospital I have ever been to. Like all of us, we love our animals as our family. Here at Lake Side they are also their family. Each and everyone of them will know your name and all of your pets names. Whether it’s been a month or 5 years that you have been seeing them. I would never let any other doctor see them. Thank you all so much.
I will be forever grateful for the outstanding care and compassion that the staff and Doctors at Lakeside Animal Hospital provided to both me and my boy Maddox. Maddox was a special boy with many medical challenges and I’m convinced that if it wasn’t for the fabulous care, attention and guidance provided by those professionals, Maddox wouldn’t have had the long life he did.
