I am extremely disappointed by this doctor and his office. I am a first time parent, with a daughter that was prematurely born and had to spend a month in the NICU (she is 6 weeks old). One night, my daughter had difficulty breathing, we had to perform the Heimlich maneuver for several minutes. After our daughter recovered, we panicked and ran to the doctors office (this being our first ever, frightening parent event).
