Clearly this doctors office wants to change policies and not inform patients about its recent insurance changes. After getting off the phone with Stephany she informed me that my husband would have to pay for his entire cleaning procedure because the Dr. Is not in network with our Insurance.. even though at the time of visit we were told that our insurance was accepted. The whole staff is great! So loving, kind and passionate. Very professional also.
First time visitor and happy with the experience. Aiyesha and Dr. Hong were very friendly during the exam. Heather did and phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and was genuinely an awesome person. I’ll be back!
