I had a cracked tooth that went critical on me. It was infected and causing a lot of pain. The time for an extraction had come. I called Lake Shore Family Dental (https://www.smilepasadena.com/) at around 11:30 AM, and I was in a chair by about 2:30 PM. Gretchen, the young lady who works reception, was great. She and the practice accommodated my privacy concerns. The short of it is, I don't share my data. I have been a patient of Dr Hong for over 10 years. His attention to detail is second to none. And this carries over to the way the practice is run: I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen! The whole team is so courteous and kind. Best Ever.

This dental office charged me to adjust the bite on a tooth they preformed a core build up on. The office can never tell you exactly what you are being charged for on request. They usually call back days later with some made up story about why they charged you to adjust the bite on a tooth they worked on two weeks prior. The constantly mess up appointment times. This dental office charged me to adjust the bite on a tooth they preformed a core build up on two weeks prior. I have never been charged by any other dentist or even this office themselves to have a tooth they worked on corrected. I assume because they knew we were not coming back anymore they want to try to get any money they can from us or our insurance company. Not very ethical in my humble opinion.
