Quiet very nice mobile home community!
they are very unprofessional. promised to fix our roof, still drips, said they would power wash the house this summer. never did. toilet needs new handle, never fixed, siding still down and not fixed, floor by back door is bad, slumlords is basically what they are but they sure are quick to let you know when your rents not paid! i just want my shit fixed.

It’s been 8 years. Neighbors are friendly, helpful and children are respectful. Residents work hard or are retired. Shopping and schools are close. Private driveway to park with yard. Pets welcome. It is quiet, safe, and an enjoyable place to call home.
