We had unfortunate luck of having to deal with Bill because bank that was selling the house hired him. He's a liar and beyond rude. Some of his email communication was utterly disgusting. Pretty sure he's racist. It's not that he's bad at his job, it's that he's a bad person all around. Just a horrible, horrible person.

Bill and Marcy with lakeshore drive realty are of the utmost unprofessional, unethical and selfish people I have ever met in my entire life. These people hire small time contractors and wrongfully terminate contracts without notice or cause. They numbers fix bids they receive to remodel homes by leaving written contracts out in the open for other contractors to see. They sign contracts and when they find a better deal, they fire the contractor already on the project and then create lies to sue them to get they’re money back.... read more
