Patient, caring and tremendously helpful! A great place for all your camera needs with knowledgeable staff! I was first introduced to Lake Shore once I started to get serious about my photography. I will always come back to this store for my photography needs.
This place is absolutely awesome! I'm just getting into videography and the people at the store have helped me tremendously. Great products, and excellent customer service. And I knew next to nothing about lighting, but after a class with Dawn, I feel totally confident that I can do a great light setup. She's a wonderful teacher…personable, knowledgeable, patient, and funny! I will most definitely be heading straight to this store for all my future business needs...
I really can't say enough about Lakeshore camera store! The staff is extremely helpful! Dawn showed me things about my camera that made such a huge difference! Also they didn't try to upsell me, actually quite the contrary, she told me the things I didn't need to get, and to hold off on buying filter I wanted until I got my new lens! Because of that, they have made me a loyal customer!
The people here are beyond helpful and give awesome advice beyond what you came for!! Had my sensor cleaned on the canon. Haven't tried it yet, but looking forward to seeing nice, clean images. The shop is awesome and I could spend a million in there!!
Just had a great session with Dawn,very patient and helpful getting the best pictures I can.
