I worked for Dr. Canizares for about 2 weeks before I had to call it quits. She is rude to patients and staff. She rushes to quickly so that she can fill 4 appointments per 15 min and does not give patients time to ask questions or even have their concerns heard. Some may see this review and think that I am a disgruntled ex-employee but you can read oyher reviews and judge for yourself. Dr. Canizares is great as a physician however, the staff are terrible. Rarely returns calls, don't open the doors for scheduled appointments, gives the Dr. Misinformation and incorrect information. Not worth the aggravation. Lost a 3.5 year client because the staff response is that bad.

When you book your appointment they will neglect to inform you that her office charges an additional fee on top of your insurance's copay. Furthermore, once you are admitted to a room they will tell you that "she might not have time to address all your concerns" in one visit. So not only are you paying an additional office fee that, upon research, your insurance may not even allow them to do, but she might not even make the time necessary to address your needs as a patient.
