Do not live here. We had to have our lawyer right them a letter to get them to fulfill our work orders that were open for months. Everyone we've met who lives here says the same thing: don't count on maintenance, and the staff is rude.

0 STARS. I’ve only lived here for 4 months and multiple things are breaking. Cabinets break off with no aggression, heater wasn’t working for 3 months, lights burning out, fire place doesn’t work, outlets don’t work, toilets don’t flush, dishwasher broke, we pay for valet living to take trash every night and they don’t take it for weeks, laundry washer broke and flooded the whole bathroom and hallway, it takes maintence multiple weeks to fix these things and we have to call the offfice multiple times to remind them to come f... read more
Unless you want to live in an apartment that floods everytime your neighbor runs their washer, dont live here. Maintenance doesnt even answer the after hours phone either. Management does nothing to compensate flooding. Twice!
