I signed my son up for a social skills program through Lake Ridge. I was told that there would be a meet and greet and that they would contact me within a week and if there was a spot available for my son or if there was none available. Over a week and a half went by with zero contact on what was going on. I had to personally reach out myself and then was told by a staff member over the phone that yes, he was accepted. All I can say being a part of this environment is it's beyond awesome. I'm learning so much, and the staff and everyone in the programs are amazing. I've never being so happy!

Stay away from this company if your looking for a job. They are awful. At first, I thought what a great company. Then they faked a temporary layoff claiming they were in a 800K deficit. Renee, a director told an employee that that this was their way of getting rid of the bad apples. Who says that to employees who are upset? Not a good person, that's who. They claimed that leadership took a 20 to 40 percent pay cut. Yeah right! There is no one who would do that in today's economy. The company just got approved to give raises ... read more

After 3 years of Services, VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Big waste of time and resources. Staff is young, inexperienced and there is a high turnover, however they tried to educate themselves and consult experts as the process was happening, at our expense. I wish we never went there, my daughter learned nothing in 3 years.
