Roach and crackhead infested. Paper thin walls Almost guaranteed to get some kind of bug infestation. They charge you for the dumbest stuff that they should cover. Owner does not really put money towards these apartments, since he has other nicer ones. Overall: This place is a shit hole suitable for crackheads.
they really need to work on there maintance for the apartments and respond to issues espically the ac not working properly.
I like it here. It is perfect for me. One room is fine by me.
