Took my sister and they did xrays and exam in less than an hour with a full waiting room. Very pleasant staff. Very helpful.
My visit to the clinic was the first visit I've ever done and it will be the last visit I ever do. the receptionist was extremely friendly and the nurse who took me back to the room was extremely friendly along with the x-ray technician however the person who was supposed to take care of my situation was extremely rude she acted like there was nothing wrong with me she didn't want to listen to me she really didn't want to answer my questions and she left me sitting in the exam room for an hour and a half while she waited on ... read more
All the staff are always helpful, great doctors, excellent nurses. There can be a wait, but that's expected when they handle everyone who can't get into their primary doctor. Yes, it's possible someone will go ahead of you, but that can happen when there's something you may not realize is more of an emergency. They've been really helpful when my kids couldn't get into their doctor or needed help after hours. Thank you!!!
Our 7 yr old grandson is spending the summer w/us and of course, after his parents drop him off, he breaks out in a bright red, annoying rash. We're thinking allergic reaction but took him to the clinic to be on the safe side. It was already 4pm and l qas happy to see that they closed at 7pm. My husband and I both have received the best care here. Although wait times can be long due to the number of patients waiting, the staff is diligent in getting you seen as quickly as possible. The nurses are awesome and Dr. Mauricio is very compassionate and competent!!! Great experiences!!
