I don’t like the fact that I got up ready for a appointment today for my child and they had Thursday,Friday and Monday to tell me that doctor that the lady set my appointment for only work with sick kids I could have been made a appointment for someone else I keep missing working trying to get my kid seen in best thing they could do was give me a later date in it was they mistake
We just had the best experience with a pediatric provider we’ve ever had at this clinic in Eldon. Kaydie Dial was incredibly thorough, attentive, and communicative from start to finish. It’s rare to find a provider who takes the time to truly listen and explain everything so clearly. I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for exceptional care for their children. Truly refreshing.
A complete waste of time. After waiting two months to get in, I was told to go to the ER if I had a problem. They mainly refer you out, which costs more money without providing real help. My experience with the Lake Medical System is very disappointing. Kayla Allison is who I saw.
Doctor Banina herself is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, there is a disconnect somewhere between the front desk, the nursing staff and the doctor. No one calls you back regarding requests that you call to the office for the doctor. I’m not sure where the ball gets dropped here. Nor do they respond to requests in patient portal or even your pharmacy. Ever. No matter an urgent request or a simple request that would take 5 minutes to follow up on. It’s very frustrating.
