We just had the best experience with a pediatric provider we’ve ever had at this clinic in Eldon. Kaydie Dial was incredibly thorough, attentive, and communicative from start to finish. It’s rare to find a provider who takes the time to truly listen and explain everything so clearly. I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for exceptional care for their children. Truly refreshing.
A complete waste of time. After waiting two months to get in, I was told to go to the ER if I had a problem. They mainly refer you out, which costs more money without providing real help. My experience with the Lake Medical System is very disappointing. Kayla Allison is who I saw.
Doctor Banina herself is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, there is a disconnect somewhere between the front desk, the nursing staff and the doctor. No one calls you back regarding requests that you call to the office for the doctor. I’m not sure where the ball gets dropped here. Nor do they respond to requests in patient portal or even your pharmacy. Ever. No matter an urgent request or a simple request that would take 5 minutes to follow up on. It’s very frustrating.
My wife had an appointment at 9:00 and we came in at 9:07. The receptionist told my wife that she would have to talk to the lady Doctor to see if she would still see her. Really? They made us wait 20 mins to tell us that the Doctor would not see her..My wife was in her window of time of 15 mins. Obviously my wife was very upset because she desperately needed help. I would suspect that anyone who uses their services is only doing so because insurance mandates it. The service is horrible and unprofessional. My wife and I are trying to help a young man resolve some medical issues, she waited hours at one appointment only for them to tell him they couldn't perform a pre-surgery test because no one ordered "the kit." At the next appointment, more hours of waiting, there was no kit, it was a blood draw. We've submitted power of attorney multiple times but they lose it or "update their syste... read more
