My wife had an appointment at 9:00 and we came in at 9:07. The receptionist told my wife that she would have to talk to the lady Doctor to see if she would still see her. Really? They made us wait 20 mins to tell us that the Doctor would not see her..My wife was in her window of time of 15 mins. Obviously my wife was very upset because she desperately needed help. I would suspect that anyone who uses their services is only doing so because insurance mandates it. The service is horrible and unprofessional. My wife and I are trying to help a young man resolve some medical issues, she waited hours at one appointment only for them to tell him they couldn't perform a pre-surgery test because no one ordered "the kit." At the next appointment, more hours of waiting, there was no kit, it was a blood draw. We've submitted power of attorney multiple times but they lose it or "update their syste... read more

Needed to establish a primary doc and spinal issue. I was impressed all around at Lake Regionals Eldon clinic. Jeanette Dilan-Koetje, D.O. was understanding, caring, professional and informative. I highly recommend her! The staff at check in were also very friendly and attentive. Even saying "Thank you" as we were leaving. So happy we found them! Do not confuse this with the Urgent Care right next door..... Terrible and not the same at all

This is the slowest clinic. They have people waiting outside in their cars coming and going as they please. I arrived at 2, with 8 ahead of me, it’s been 3hrs and they just took 3 back. The clinic is about to close and they keep turning patients away because they aren’t keeping up. The man at the desk was extremely rude, he completely shut off a conversation to answer a phone instead of finishing my admission documents.
