I gave birth here and all my nurses and docs were great and everyone was great The reason I give 4 stars is bc one of the nurses stole my baby blanket from when I was a newborn 23 years ago. !!!BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!!! This place is the epitome of what’s wrong with our healthcare system. I came in for a routine endoscopy, that they perform multiple times daily, to try to figure out why I’ve had chronic heartburn. Before going in, their billing person sat down with me and went over their “estimate”. I asked what could cause this estimate to change. I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff at this hospital. The overall experience reflected a serious lack of competence, organization, and accountability. Communication was poor, concerns were not addressed appropriately, and the quality of care fell well below what any patient should reasonably expect.
