Was there almost 10 hours and still no answers! Such a waste of time! I was literally told by a staff member “Well the day shift doctors are REALLY good but VERY VERY slow” (apparently, dayshift ends at 7 PM but you really don’t see a doctor until 8ish). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
This hospital is a hell hole wait times are outrageous people with IV poles in waiting room no one going anywhere fast seems they dont care about anything or anyone just disgusted by entire experience they have old habits of several step triage making patients in ER waiting walk to multiple locations all to be thrown back in chair in waiting room no ER assistance feels like a old school Dr's office not a hospital they need to fix their setup and system one triage room is all that is needed and move people to care faster just... read more
Seen the pulmonary care doctor today and she was excellent very helpful and as a new patient she worked very hard to get as much info as possible for care.
From the second we walked in the door till we left 2 hours later, the staff took amazing care of my husband.
