Wonderful experience. Took exceptional care of my husband.
Went to ER back in January. Received a 2500.00 bill from there billing company in Boston. Called the billing company and from what I could understand from there accent is medicaid denied payment. I call Blue Cross and they said paperwork was wrong. And somehow this is my fault. And then I looked at detailed billing. I went in for a 103 fever I had for 4 days. I noticed they charged insurance for EKG that I didn't have. So my point is they don't know what they're doing and there commiting fraud on insurance companies. Make su... read more
Wouldn’t take my dog here. Allowed my Down syndrome brother to nearly die of sepsis because they refused him care until he was already almost gone. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
My dad was in the ICU for the past week with severe pulmonary issues. Despite being short-staffed and max-tasked, the ENTIRE ICU team was competent, compassionate, patient and professional in their care. The ICU doctor even came in on HIS DAY OFF to follow up on my Dad's condition. Lake Regional cares about their patients and provides the utmost care with every resource at their disposal. We are blessed to have a hospital that gives their all in our community.
