Worst ICU ever been in. A family member was a patient there and the incompetence of most of the nurses there is scarey.Most are traveling nurses. Don't leave your family member in their room alone for any extended amount of time either.I caught one nurse saying some horrible things to my family member who was in a coma and on life support !She is supposed to be a "top notch" nurse,but I can assure you she's a sneaky one with almost 0 compassion. This hospital is atrocious, gave my mother the wrong meds and she died. A dotor killed a patient then hung himself out of embarrassment. A month ago they delivered my friend's baby and messed up a simple circumcision, how do you do that after spending millions on a new facility. How are you in operation after so much wreckless behavior. You should be ashamed of yourself that you're still treating patients. There are several male practice lawsuits against this hospital. Save your family and go somewhere else.
Going to the emergency room for stitches should not take 5 hours. Then to put in 1 stitch and run off for 45 minutes is sickening. The urgency of an emergency is what brings people to an er cuz they need help right then not a full work day later. Don't go to this hospital if you are in a life or death situation because you'll just end up dying before you even get checked in while the nurses scroll on their phones and talk trash about their everyday lives. Went to er here to get checked out for same thing I went to Lebanon er last weekend, night and day difference!! Extremely satisfied like a well oiled machine running at top notch! I have no complaints whatsoever! So with that being said I know it's possible now to be under pressure, busy, etc. And manage to make you feel important! Thank you too all the nurses, Dr's, everyone worked very well together!
They got me back in the Emergency room immediately. I understand sometimes that’s not possible. They were completely comforting and very willing to actually listen to what is going on with MY body. The PA I do believe her name was Whitney,she was wonderful. Very comforting and very professional. She is probably the best person I have dealt with in a place like this in like ever lol.
