I was taken to Lake Regional Hospital by ambulance for possible stroke due to symptoms I was having, one being unable to walk no feeling from waist down. while in a room in the ER I fell fracturing 3 places in my face and torn rotator cuff all on left side of my body. I began to bruise and had pain and they put me in a room on 2nd floor overnight due to not able to walk and NEVER did anything on my complaints of pain and no test done after the fall.
