This city needs way better health care. Why is this place randomly closed on Thursday? I think folks can get sick or injured any day of the week.
Horrible customer service. These ladies should not be working with the public. Melissa the receptionist is the rudest lady ever. Went to get stitches and they treated me like scum. Put me in a room with no ac when I was having a heat stroke. Got mad at me for asking for water and failed to give me discharge paperwork with in going instructions. Failed to let me know I need to get stitches removed and when I called with questions I got cussed out and hung up on.
Camdenton Lake Regional Urgent Care. Why would you be Closed on a Saturday?! Your Website says Open, I drive in at 8:00 a.m to find a note on the door saying closed Saturdays & Sundays. Poor advertising.
Arrived at 9am and was in and out in an hour and half which in my opinion is great when it comes to express/urgent care. Had a great experience with all the staff. Clean waiting room and bathroom.
Lake Regional should be shut down. I wish I could give this place a negative rating, I've never once had a positive experience here. Last time I went I had to sit on the floor for over 5 hours, only for them to never call me back because they lost my test results? Seeing all these replies saying they care about the "patient experience" is sickening. It's not even laughable, it's depressing and just a blatant lie. They won't treat you with respect here, ever.
