I genuinely do not understand how some of the staff here work in healthcare with the way they interact with people. I came in already feeling awful and left feeling even worse because of how dismissive and rude the environment was. It felt like basic compassion and communication were completely missing. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve gone in, today i was seen by Ms. Sara Aronica. She helped me but was too fast, did not seem like she cared. It was not busy when I left, I understand I was in pain from my own tooth but did not get the usual feeling of care when i was checked today.
Don’t wast your time and money.
Don’t say your hours are till 7pm if your gonna close at 5:30 your not a restraunt
