If I could give it a zero I would! Receptionist at the front desk is rude and doesn’t take patients past 5:30 even though it says that their last patient is taken at 6. You’re in this industry to help people not turn them away just an FYI.

We arrived at urgent care at 6:00 p.m. and walked into the lobby at 6:01, to seek treatment for shingles, but were told the clinic was already closed, despite their advertisement stating they close at 7:00. The receptionist repeated three times that they were closed stating they take their last patient at 6:00 and did so in a rude manner, which made the experience even more frustrating. Showed up 5 mins after 6 and they refused to see me after instructions to come back if symptoms increased. The woman was extremely nasty and had a horrible horrible attitude. Shut the door in my face and threw her hands up at me
today is thursday 8/14/25. I am standing outside of this place mind you they open at 8.. it is now 8:44 am and they still have not opened. all I need to do is get my tb shot checked. this place does not know how to tell time. ridiculous
