I really didn’t have a problem with this hospital until I experienced Dr. Jared Broadway, before meeting him I may have even given a five star review, it’s amazing how one person can make you reevaluate your healthcare choices. If you’re feeling you need to be taken down a notch, told your fat and must come from a poor genetic gene pool, Dr. Broadway is the guy for you. I am very angry with the way we were treated recently. We were not able to talk to nurse and were virtually escorted out of the building when we went into the walk In clinic. We we waited almost 24 hours before a call back to even set up an appointment. Staff was very confrontational and not sensitive to my 5 year old. The lady pointed her finger at her and told her she needs to leave. I strongly consider everyone to look elsewhere for their care. Very bad service and care
I recently had shoulder repair surgery. i could not think of one thing they could have done better. Everyone i came in contact with treated me with kindness and did whatever they could to comfort me and control the pain. my CNA and RN came promptly every time I needed help. I would recommend them without hesitation
Everybody is very nice and helpful and I I love my Dr Ashley McCauley.

I brought my kids to the walk in one night and I was so pleased with my experience there, that I checked out the clinic. I am so impressed with the staff, doctors and nurses at both the walk in and the clinic, that this is who I trust with my family!!
The orthopedic department is awesome. Dr. Rott did a great job on my shoulder. All the nurses and crew were friendly and helpful. And Melissa in physical therapy got my shoulder back into shape pretty quick. Thanks to all.
