My fiancé & I love this gym!! Everything is so clean and the gym has a variety of equipment with everything you need for the perfect workout. There’s so much room too! There’s a workout room that I’ve taken classes in which are fantastic then when there’s no classes you can use the room for your own workouts which is awesome. Great gym!
Lake Region Fitness is awesome, 24/7 access, top-tier equipment, and a welcoming vibe. Evan’s guidance makes all the difference, friendly, encouraging, and always on point. Highly recommend!

The most friendly gym atmosphere I’ve attended. You can train in any way you want and there is great accessibility for that. It is well run, sanitary, open 24 hours and has endless opportunities.
