?Promises not kept? related to not returning a phone call and a misunderstanding of a single line item charge on the invoice. Staff members are trained to relay client concerns or complaints directly to management to insure a timely response and resolution. I personally apologized for the errors on our part and credited the client back the invoicing difference within 24 hours. We are committed to providing high quality customer service to our clients and exceptional care to their pets.

Our staff is caring, compassionate and highly trained to provide emergency and critical care services to ill or injured pets. We have provided care for over 30,000 pets in the DFW area since 2005 and would encourage any client that was not satisfied with the care of their pet or level of service to file a legitimate complaint and call the management directly.
