The manager of the apartments is rude and very ignorant and has no knowledge in how to conduct business! Code enforcement will be shutting down very soon no doubt!!!Even Investors have turned down this place for renovation. It s a DUMP!! Run for the hills before applying here!!!!!
I currently live here. The grounds are not managed properly and when something needs to be be repaired it takes them 2+ years to fix. The front office staff is rude and unhelpful. Its sad because the condo/townhouses are beautiful inside.
I know from first hand experience that the grounds are not managed! The staff is less than professional to say the least. The office staff is just downright nasty.
The employees of this company are rude and hard to deal with. Not to mention unprofessional and poorly managed!
