My friend purchased a home at Lake Preserve and he loves it. I missed out in that community. Next Meritage project i will purchase at.
When we first moved into our home, we had a great project manager who helped us with all our requests/issues with our new home. Unfortunately he moved to another job and we were left to deal with someone who didn't know us and refused to fix any issues going forward. We paid an upgrade to have 8 ft doors throughout the house but to our surprise, our backyard door was installed as a much smaller door, yet they refused to fix it - claiming it was structural decision.
