RecommendedThe campus is beautiful, the staff are wonderful and they are taking very good care of us during this pandemic. Before the lock down, the activities were fabulous with concerts one or twice a week, and a trip every Thursday! We all have the best times when we can be together!
The marketing director made promises to my mother, a type 1 diabetic, that they did not keep. They forced my mom to move out after 30 days, (after only being there for 3 months) and didn't treat her or us with empathy or concern. The director Rita treated us without empathy or care. They didn't make decisions based on valid medical opinions or consultation. I have just returned to UK after visiting my Mother at LPL. It is a wonderful place where she enjoys life to the full and is happy. Even I feel at home there! Thanks to the wonderful staff, you are all and I mean all special people!

Well the surroundings at lakepointe landing a very nice it is expensive but the services appear to be ok but they keep adding on charges and charges I do find the property manager very responsive to the needs of my mother while she was there however I recommend that you do not deal with Erica in sales she is rude and has no compassion when she makes a mistake and a short temper.
