I had a very pleasant experience at Lakepointe Dental. Dr. Ebid and staff take the time to explain procedures and answer all questions. I used to be afraid of visiting the dentist, but not anymore! 😊
They do a great job cleaning and do it in a timely manner
I echo recent poor reviews. This dentist office felt like they were out to charge you for everything and it felt very uncomfortable. Also, the office has seen better days. I did my due diligence to find a dentist in the area that took my insurance. The tech taking my x-rays had to get assistance and told me she couldn't remember what she was doing. The new tech had to retake all the photos. Then they make you sign a payment form before they do any cleaning. They tried to up-charge for everything including fluoride rinse. Som... read more
