Very friendly and always follow up to make sure things look good and are working as they should be!
I literally just moved in and the apartment already needs multiple repairs. All the wall heaters are dingy/loose and need repairs, my dish washer is disgusting, the bathtub doesn't have a drain hole, the front door is LOOSE, and the a/c barley works and is old and possibly moldy. Also, despite asking for a garage a month before moving in, they gave me one that's about a quarter mile away from my unit so I have to walk there every time I go out. Great Apartment! Had a little rough patch but now with Joe running the place things have been much much better!! He wasted no time getting the people and place in better shape!!! I officially moved out but I'll definitely say it was a Great place to live, and even better now!!!
My brand new battery stolen out of my vehicle parked in their garage. No damage on the garage door and my battery was replaced with a dead battery so obviously an inside job because I don’t know any criminal that walks around with a battery to replace the stolen one.. My apartment door access ,per audit t lock report, on five occasions in the middle of the night when I was at work working the night shift. Kenny is a great maintenance guy!!!! Was super nice and was in and out! Even helped me will outlet in my living room!
