My experience living here was overall very good! I think rent is super fair given the size of the apartments, all the closet space, and free parking. We did have to put in a fair number of maintenance requests, but both management and maintenance were super responsive. All the staff I interacted with were great! I didn’t find other tenants for be noisy or disruptive. My only complaint is the trash. Residents left trash everywhere inside the apartment building and outside on the grounds. I absolutely love love it here! The apartment is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the management is always responsive and helpful. It's a fantastic community, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Really want to thank Joe&Jordan for all the help! Yall are the best! Highly recommend! -Valeria!
