I’ll start out with commending the management at Lake Pointe. Miles and Max do an amazing job and will work with you however they can. They are very responsive and I believe they do their very best to make tenant experiences pleasant ones. I think I pay a pretty reasonable price for my unit and garage parking. Maintenance also does a great job. Every one of my maintenance requests has been completed within less than 24 hours of submitting it during the week. Not a bad place to live, just park your car where the cameras are. Packages do get stolen and my cat convertor got stolen right in the area that the cameras did not see... super unhappy about that and decided to move out...
