El personal administrativo es educado y amable, lo cual no quiere decir que sean resolutivos y eficientes. En principio para impresionarte te muestran sus mejores unidades, las cuales están en el mismo edificio de las oficinas administrativas donde todo luce impecable y seguro. I’ll start out with commending the management at Lake Pointe. Miles and Max do an amazing job and will work with you however they can. They are very responsive and I believe they do their very best to make tenant experiences pleasant ones. I think I pay a pretty reasonable price for my unit and garage parking. Maintenance also does a great job. Every one of my maintenance requests has been completed within less than 24 hours of submitting it during the week.
