Lake point has been spectacular place to live. The manager deja has been very patient and kind she does a great job making people feel welcome. The maintenance man Austin has been great with fixing any and all problems.
Almost a year with this place. Deja is a great manager, maintenance is incredibly responsive in comparison to The Links, have not had bugs. Rate without neighbors would probably be a 5. havent had any problems from the property itself, just the resident who feels entitled to Slamming doors all day and leaving bagged trash for several days at a time. Minor annoyances that eat at you over time. If you could overlook that, you'll have a fine time for competitive pricing.
We've lived here for over two years and have so far enjoyed our stay. I haven't had any complaints. Maintenance is always prompt. I believe the management is what makes this place a great place to live.
Deja, the manager, is a very kind, hardworking, understanding, and caring manager that puts her all into her position and handles everything great. She makes everyone feel welcomed and happy with their new place. She definitely gave us a kind and comfortable environment when we moved in. Thank you!
