John was awesome, he took his time showing me exactly what I was looking for and had answers to all my questions. He even shared some possible future additions to the community! I can tell he has big ideas, genuinely enjoys his job, and cares about the community. He’s a gem, make sure you treat him right!!
Lived here for 4 years and loved it. Maintenance takes care of everything on time. The property manager, Lea, is great, and the staff is always nice and helpful too. We really enjoyed our time living at Lake Pointe. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and they were even super helpful in extending our lease so we could move out and into our purchased home. Mr. John Russo might be one of the most transparent and honest people I've ever had the blessing of encountering. He was transparent and knowledgeable about all of the processes and requirements and left nothing to be a surprise. I even watched him order a resident an Uber to help her with her business.
